Job Summary:

Are you ready to take control of your career? We are seeking an experienced Cost Controller / Cost Engineer to join our dynamic team. This critical role focuses on delivering timely and accurate financial reporting to ensure our projects remain on budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed project reports including budget variations, cost forecasts, actual cost reports, and monthly expenditure summaries.
• Generate financial summaries for senior leadership, covering project costs, profit margins, and cash flow projections.
• Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with approved budgets and timelines.
• Maintain and regularly update the project cost database to support accurate decision-making and reporting.
• Collaborate with project teams, planners, and finance to align cost control practices with operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cost control or cost engineering roles, ideally within mining, oil & gas, construction, or renewables sectors.
• Proven experience managing high-volume, high-value projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Power BI, Power Query, and Power Pivot; knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to deliver reports and presentations to senior management.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 and formal qualifications in accounting, engineering, or related disciplines are highly regarded.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday to Friday, Dayshift)
