JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible in product outsourcing from different supplier.
- Responsible in communication and coordination with the partner International Suppliers in terms of product development.
- Responsible in planning, communicating, monitoring and data gathering of the trials in the research farm and in multi-location areas.
- Responsible in assisting, reviewing, requesting and sourcing new varieties of seeds with different suppliers.
- Responsible of developing and recommending new alternative varieties to sustain and improve the product pipeline portfolio of the company.
- Prepares presentation or lecture material related to agronomic characteristics of a variety.
- Prepares presentation of varieties for advancement to be presented during sales and Marketing meeting or Product Promotion Committee Meeting.
- Supervise/Conduct trial evaluation in different trial location set up.
- In charge in collating collected market information (market size, product segment, price and market trend).
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture preferably in Agronomy, Horticulture, Soil Science or any other related major course.
- Experience in Technical field works in any agricultural company is an advantage.
- Has good communication, reporting and writing skills in English.
- At least 5 years working experience related to Agriculture.
- Can work independently with less supervision and under time pressure
