Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys on land sites and properties to establish boundaries and prepare maps and reports.
• Measure distances and angles between points on, above, and below the Earth’s surface.
• Use GPS, total stations, levels, drones, and other surveying instruments.
• Interpret and analyze data using mapping software, CAD programs, and GIS.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide data for planning and design.
• Prepare survey reports, legal descriptions, and boundary documentation.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations.
• Maintain accurate records and manage survey-related documentation.
• Ensure all surveying activities comply with legal standards and safety regulations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Bachelor’s degree in surveying, civil engineering, geomatics, or a related field.
• Proven experience with surveying equipment and software
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain.
