We’re looking for a Technical & Sales Associate who thrives at the intersection of innovation and influence someone who can configure the solution and confidently present it in the same breath. Preferably with repair background BUT NOT required.
These professionals are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment while also identifying upselling opportunities, promoting service contracts, and enhancing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support & Repair: Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, or electronic equipment.
- Customer Interaction: Addressing client concerns, providing, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Sales & Service Promotion: Recommending, quoting, and selling service contracts, spare parts, or new equipment upgrades.
- Installation & Maintenance: Performing on-site installation and preventive maintenance of machines or systems.
- Documentation
- A blend of sales and technical knowledge and business acumen.

- Experience in Sales or as Repair Technician
- Must be willing to be assigned in SM MOA
- Must willing to undergo training at BGC and FTI Taguig
- Can start IMMEDIATELY
