JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible in receiving, storage and issuance of materials, machines, parts, tools and equipment, etc.
Safekeeping of materials, machines, parts, tools and equipment, etc.
Arrange locations of the materials, machines, parts, tools, equipment, etc. for easy accessibility
Record and maintain the incoming and outgoing of items
Check tools and equipment / items condition prior receiving and issuance
Responsible taking physical inventories
Orders materials and supplies as necessary to maintain proper stock levels
Can perform timekeeping functions
Other duties and responsibilities as may be required of the Warehouseman

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

At least High School graduate or Vocational/Technical course
With experience in warehouse or inventory work (construction)
Knowledgeable in basic inventory control and documentation
Literate in operating a computer and software (MS Office and Inventory System)
Should possess leadership and administration skills and abilities
Strong motivational skills and effectual team building capabilities
Ability to effectively manage time, resolve issues and decision making
Possesses good verbal and written communication skills
Has good interpersonal skills
Honest, hardworking and conscientious

OTHER INFORMATION

Willing to go on out-of-town assignments
Must be able to be mobilized within short notice period
