Job description: At least 2–3 years of experience in the restaurant industry
Proven ability in managing staff flow, handling concerns, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operationsSupports the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards
Dependable, approachable, and takes initiative during shifts
Has a clear service-first mindset—understands that customer experience comes first
Confident in using POS systems, performing inventory checks, and assisting with reporting and store procedures
Thrives in high-pressure environments
Willing to take on greater responsibilities over time
