The Service Crew is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by assisting customers, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring efficient daily restaurant operations. The role contributes to a positive customer experience while following company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Welcome and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  2. Take customer orders accurately and process them through the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
  3. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
  4. Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and served promptly.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, service counters, kitchen workstations, and equipment.
  6. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.
  7. Replenish supplies, condiments, utensils, and packaging materials as needed.
  8. Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
  9. Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing inventory and supplies.
  10. Support opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and equipment checks.
  11. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
  12. Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager.

Reporting Relationship
  1. Reports to: Restaurant Supervisor or Restaurant Manager
  2. Coordinates with: Cashiers, Kitchen Staff, Shift Supervisors, and other Service Crew members to ensure efficient daily operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or college education is an advantage.
  2. Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
  3. Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is an advantage.
  4. Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
