  2. Background in FinTech (Financial Technology) and the Financial Services Industry, with experience in Cryptocurrency and Blockchain.
  3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
  5. Proven experience handling customer service requests and inquiries.
  6. High attention to detail, organized, and efficient.
  7. Experience working with CRM systems and Live Bots.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
  9. Tech-savvy with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
