- CPA certification is preferred
- At least 5 years of accounting experience with strong US GAAP exposure
- Proficiency in NetSuite Financials; experience with Zuora is an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and other office tools
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Ability to work US East Coast business hours (EST)
- Experience in multi-entity or international accounting is a plus
- Manage general accounting functions including financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting aligned with US GAAP
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across NetSuite Financials, including GL, AP, AR, and closing processes
- Support revenue recognition, deferred revenue accounting, and subscription-based financial operations
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities with timely and accurate outputs
- Conduct variance analysis, account reconciliations, and financial audits as required
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Utilize Excel, Word, and office tools for financial analysis and reporting
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency
