Fulfillment Warehouse Operations Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fulfillment & Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and scale our warehouse and fulfillment operations supporting multiple eCommerce brands across categories.

This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across inbound receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, packing, dispatching, manpower management, warehouse productivity, and service-level compliance. The successful candidate will oversee a warehouse organization and build systems capable of supporting continued growth while maintaining speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.

1. Fulfillment Operations Leadership

Lead all warehouse fulfillment activities including:

• Order picking, Packing, Dispatching, Returns processing, Inventory movement 4and Receiving operations
• Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and within platform SLA requirements.

Maintain operational readiness during:

• Mega campaigns, Double-digit sales events and Peak season volume spikes

1. Workforce Management

• Warehouse Supervisors, Team Leaders, Inventory Personnel, Fulfillment Staff, Packers, Pickers and Dispatch Personnel

• Workforce planning, Shift scheduling, Attendance monitoring, Productivity management, Performance coaching and Disciplinary management

1. Inventory Control & Accuracy

• Responsible for: Cycle counts, Stock audits, Inventory reconciliation, Damage control and Shrinkage prevention

Work closely with Inventory Control teams to achieve:

• Inventory Accuracy Target: 99%+, Minimized stock discrepancies and Proper FIFO implementation

1. Productivity & Cost Management

• Monitor and optimize: Pick rate, Pack rate, Labor productivity, Cost per order fulfilled, Warehouse utilization, Overtime costs

1. Process Improvement & SOP Development

• Develop and maintain: Warehouse SOPs, Fulfillment workflows, Escalation procedures and Quality control standards

1. Service Level Management

Ensure compliance with all platform requirements Monitor:

• Order processing time, Late shipment rate, Cancellation rate, Return rate and Fulfillment SLA performance

1. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with: Supply Chain, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Finance, HR, Customer Service and Brand Teams

1. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure warehouse compliance with: Safety regulations, Security protocols, Fire safety requirements and Company policies

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution operations.
• Proven experience managing 100+ warehouse personnel.
• Experience in eCommerce, retail, FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution center operations is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse systems, and operational controls.
• Experience implementing process improvements and productivity initiatives.
