POSITION: Production Manager (One (1))
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Supervises staff to produce manufactured products and organizes and monitors workflow. Completes production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results through shift production summaries.

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing production standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 2 years of experience in managing or supervising production line operations.

Knowledgeable in production line processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
