Junior Estimator (Australian Construction Projects)
About the Role
Join our growing Manila team supporting one of Australia's leading commercial construction companies. As a Junior Estimator, you'll work alongside experienced Australian estimators on commercial, industrial, retail, warehouse, logistics, and development projects.

Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing construction estimates and Bills of Quantities
- Perform quantity take-offs from construction drawings
- Support tender preparation and pricing activities
- Coordinate subcontractor quotations and pricing
- Maintain estimating documentation and project records
- Assist with trade packaging and tender administration
- Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Support project handover documentation
- Work closely with the Australian estimating team to deliver accurate and timely estimates
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field
- Experience in construction estimating or quantity surveying is an advantage
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with estimating software such as Cubit or CostX is an advantage
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Work on Australian commercial construction projects
