Digital Marketing Specialist
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing end-to-end digital marketing initiatives that strengthen the brand's online presence, generate qualified leads, and support business objectives. The role involves planning, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Event Organization
- Create ad campaigns that will increase awareness for the projects and help boost sales
- Creation of Marketing Materials
- Assist in the planning and implementation of approved online ad campaigns
- Both online and offline marketing materials in accordance with branding guidelines
- Public Relations
- Generate media exposure through print and online write-ups
- Champions the negotiation and coordination with digital marketing agencies
- Oversee the efficiency of online materials
- Analyzes data for both Vanity and Engagement Metrics
Candidate Profile
Open to candidates from any industry; however, experience in the real estate industry is considered an advantage due to familiarity with property marketing and lead generation.
Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant digital marketing experience with a proven track record in planning and executing digital campaigns.
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, campaign management, content marketing, email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and performance analytics.
Must be analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously. Tools and Software

Experience with other digital marketing platforms, content management systems, paid advertising platforms, and social media management tools is also an advantage.
