We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Cebu IT Park. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a passion for technology and customer service. The successful candidate will provide assistance to customers experiencing technical issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while building their technical skills and knowledge.

Work Set-up: Pure onsite

• College/SHS Graduates (Any program/degree) NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!
• Or Senior High School (SHS) must have at least 6 months BPO/Call Center experience
• Or College Undergraduates must have at least 6 months BPO/Call Center experience
• Good English Communications Skills
• Has the ability to converse well with customers
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Amenable working onsite/in the office
• Amenable working in graveyard shift/shifting schedule
