DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to understand the Software requirement by the clients.
• Managing project document control & model co ordination.
• Knowledgeable in Architectural and MEPF layouts.
• Work productively in a team environment.
• Knowledgeable in client’s drawings Code and Standards.
• Communicate with clients in solving some problems during the design stage.
• Maintain good quality output and on time delivery of deliverable.
• Must report to immediate supervisor about the progress.
• Provide excellent quality documentation and shop details.
• Perform other duties as needed to ensure smooth flow of operations.

• Formal qualification in Architecture or Architectural Drafting.
• 1-4 Yrs experience in Architectural design / drafting
• Minimum 2 years Revit experience on commercial projects.
• With MEP experience.
• Strong construction knowledge ideally 3D modeling and systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
• Strong problem solving skills, time management, project management
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Others), Architecture, or other related courses.
• Required Skill(s): REVIT, Revit modelling, BIM
