Role Summary
This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing, content creation, social media, and event coordination. The Marketing Assistant will support campaign planning and execution, help produce compelling content, coordinate events, and contribute directly to brand growth and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaigns & Lead Generation- Assist in setting up and managing ads on Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other platforms
- Help design landing pages and email campaigns to drive leads
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up
- Help organize and execute physical and virtual events (seminars, expos, webinars)
- Manage logistics: venue booking, registration, materials, and on-site coordination
- Promote events through digital channels and boost attendance
- Capture content (photos, videos, testimonials) during events
- Create engaging content (visuals, captions, videos) for social media and email campaigns
- Manage content calendars and post across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Support video production: filming, editing, and publishing
- Monitor engagement and respond to messages and comments
- Contribute ideas and feedback on brand positioning, marketing strategy, and campaign direction
- Participate in CEO-led planning sessions and business development initiatives
- Support special projects, PR activities, and CEO-hosted events
- Assist the CEO in building and managing personal branding initiatives (e.g., thought leadership posts, social media presence, speaking engagements)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience or knowledge in Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and Google Workspace
- Basic video editing and visual design skills
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Creative thinker with initiative and a can-do mindset
- Comfortable working with senior leadership
