We Are Hiring - Workday Consultant | 100% Remote

We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Workday Consultant to join our team. If you excel in Workday integrations, HCM, analytics, and development tools and enjoy optimizing and configuring Workday solutions to meet business needs, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Workday Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Designing, developing, and implementing Workday integrations using Workday Studio and Workday Integration tools.
Configuring and managing Workday HCM modules to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Developing and maintaining Workday Prism Analytics dashboards and reporting solutions.
Leveraging Workday Extend to build custom applications and enhance Workday functionality.
Troubleshooting and resolving system issues to ensure smooth Workday operations.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
Performing system testing, validation, and upgrades in Workday.
Providing technical support and training to end users.

As a Workday Consultant, you need to have:

At least 2 years experience of Workday implementation or support
Hands-on experience with Workday Studio development
Expertise in Web Services (REST, SOAP), XML, XSLT, JSON, and XPath
Solid knowledge of Workday HCM modules and business processes
Ability to build, maintain, and troubleshoot applications using Workday Extend.

Nice to have:

Any Workday related certification

Working Hours: 8 PM to 4 AM Philippine Time
