Alta Vista de Boracay, managed by DMCI PDI Hotels, Inc., subsidiary of DMCI Homes is hiring for a F&B Supervisor!

Successful candidates will be hired directly by DMCI PDI Hotels, Inc.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Supervise the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department
Coordinate with the Head Chef and F&B team to ensure smooth service flow and consistent food & beverage quality
Ensure proper implementation of service standards and guest service protocols
Lead, guide, and support the service team during operations
Monitor dining areas to maintain cleanliness, order, and readiness for guests
Enforce 100% compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
Assist in inventory checks, stock monitoring, and requisitions
Handle guest inquiries or concerns and ensure timely resolution

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

With prior experience in food & beverage supervision, preferably within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise a team in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferably with a degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Food Service Management, or related courses
Knowledge of food safety standards and F&B service procedures
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent service
Willing to be assigned at Malay, Aklan
