Work Avenue and Business Solutions is hiring for Back Office Operations to support customer service-related processes in a non-voice BPO setup. This role assists in handling customer concerns through internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer requests using internal tools and systems (non-voice)
  • Update and maintain customer account information accurately
  • Review and validate details related to customer transactions
  • Assist in resolving basic account or service-related concerns
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper handling of requests
  • Follow standard operating procedures and meet daily targets

Qualifications:

  • At least High School or Senior High School graduate
  • Experience in BPO, customer service, or CSR-related roles is an advantage
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling information
  • Basic written communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers and navigating systems
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu
  • Able to work in a full-time role
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
