Work Avenue and Business Solutions is hiring for Back Office Operations to support customer service-related processes in a non-voice BPO setup. This role assists in handling customer concerns through internal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer requests using internal tools and systems (non-voice)
- Update and maintain customer account information accurately
- Review and validate details related to customer transactions
- Assist in resolving basic account or service-related concerns
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper handling of requests
- Follow standard operating procedures and meet daily targets
Qualifications:
- At least High School or Senior High School graduate
- Experience in BPO, customer service, or CSR-related roles is an advantage
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling information
- Basic written communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and navigating systems
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu
- Able to work in a full-time role
- Amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
