We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Benguet Prime Hotel & Restaurant in Baguio City, Benguet. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms, ensuring an exceptional experience for our valued customers.This is a full-time position within our Hospitality & Tourism industry.
What you'll be doing- Thoroughly clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms
- Ensure all rooms meet the established quality and presentation standards
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any requests or concerns promptly and courteously
- Assist with the preparation of rooms for new arrivals
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Support the Housekeeping team with additional tasks as required
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar housekeeping role within the hospitality industry is an advantage but not a must
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and carry out physically demanding tasks throughout the day
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work effectively with other members of the Housekeeping team
