About the role
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team at Westfair Marketing, Inc. in Eastwood Mall Bagumbayan Quezon City Metro Manila. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience and driving sales in our busy retail store.This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth and development.
What you'll be doing- Providing outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the right products
- Maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment by restocking shelves, merchandising displays, and ensuring store cleanliness
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge to recommend items and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Supporting store operations by contributing to inventory management, stock taking, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Contributing to the overall success of the store by actively participating in team meetings and implementing sales strategies
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with customers and work effectively as part of a team
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a neat and organized work environment
- Basic numerical skills to handle cash and transactions accurately
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential
