DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the preparation of annual, monthly, and quarterly budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Analyze financial data, trends, and Key Performance Indicators.
- Provide variance analysis on all financial reports.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and report to the Board of Directors.
- Maintain financial dashboards, financial models, and a database for accurate reporting.
- Perform cost and profitability analysis across different products, departments, and plants.
- Assist in evaluating investment or project proposals and capital expenditures.
- Works closely with various departments to ensure alignment on financial goals.
- Support senior management with financial insights for decision-making.
- Collate and assist in conducting industry analysis and benchmarking.
- Assist in developing process improvement and automation initiatives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Must be a graduate of B.S. Finance, Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science, or any related field.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience
- Proficient in MS Excel and Financial Modelling
- Detail-oriented, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
