Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Finance Applications Analyst to support finance applications, sales data management, and reporting activities. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with business systems, data analysis, and enterprise processes while working closely with Finance, Sales, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support for finance and reporting applications
- Assist in monthly sales reporting and data validation activities
- Maintain and update customer, product, and pricing master data
- Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies and reporting issues
- Coordinate with IT and data teams on system-related concerns
- Support reporting activities and ensure data accuracy across systems
- Prepare and maintain process documentation
- Participate in system testing and validation activities
- –3 years of experience or relevant internship exposure
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data handling
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Basic understanding of finance or sales processes is an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
- 1. Bachelor's degree required for this position
- 1. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas is required
- Exposure to reporting or Business Intelligence tools
- Basic knowledge of Databricks
- Familiarity with SAP BO or SAP BW
- Basic SQL or data querying knowledge
- Exposure to ERP systems or master data management
