The Sales Associate contributes to store success by providing excellent customer service and achieving individual and team sales goals. This role involves assisting customers with product selection, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily retail operations while representing the brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver prompt, courteous, and personalized customer service.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective selling techniques.

Qualifications:

• Senior High School graduate or college level; degree preferred.
• At least 6 months retail or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Sales-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
• Able to work flexible schedules.
