Duties and Responsibilities:

• Achieve targeted sales goals for the assigned territory.
• Follow Basic Call Procedures and Parameters per company standards.
• Demonstrate product usage to customers.
• Maintain, expand, and build customer relationships to meet sales quotas.
• Execute a concise, professional, ethical, and persuasive selling cycle.
• Implement marketing initiatives per the approved Plan of Action.
• Demonstrate active listening and knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas.
• Adapt to digital media's evolving role and engage with HCPs digitally.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Nursing, Pharmacy, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-year sales experience in a Pharmaceutical company.
• Proven sales track record in a related industry.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new environments and work well in teams.
