Industrial Engineer

• Manage control procedures, standards costing, control and analysis of inventory movement & management
• Close coordination with the departments – Warehouse (Finished Goods & PMAT). Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, Production, Distribution, IMPEX, Inter-Branches, etc. regarding Raw & Packaging materials issues.
• Prepare and update weekly material report, material requirement planning (MRP) and obsolete materials report.
• Review MRP execution and insures accuracy of information.
• Anticipates logistics problems relate to operational area, and environmental & human factors.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers and distributors.
• Establish and implement policies to standardize project wide logistics, an d material management processes.
• Provide technical guidance to lower grade personnel ensuring that inventories and locations points are performed in accordance with establish procedures.
• Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.
• Main Key Performance Indicator (KPI):

1. Zero Production stoppages due to shortage of materials
2. Reduction to elimination of obsolete materials

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering course
• With at least 1 year of experience in the related field
• Computer literate
