Job Description:

They are responsible for overseeing the completion of low-level internal projects to ensure all timelines, deployments, and installations are executed correctly. The person in this position is responsible for an array of high-level issues ranging from delivering advanced server support and design to presenting key reports to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform technical equipment installations
• Execute the deployment, installation, and architecture of networks.
• Provide advanced support to the entire team environment.
• Provide proactive maintenance of network environment.
• Act as escalation point for internal teams.
• Offer mentorship and education to fellow team members.
• Prep reports to be presented to enhance understanding.
• Utilize Microsoft Visio and documentation toolset to build out the technical environment for all teams to use to support internal systems.
• Standardize SOPs for all support for the entire environment.
• Manage and maintain documentation.
• Provide advanced Microsoft 365 support.
• Deliver ZTNA access support.
• Provide advanced Microsoft server support and design.
• Perform advanced firewall administration.
• Provide authentication (MFA) support.
• Provide advanced support on Azure environments.
• Provide advanced support on Microsoft Exchange servers.
• Manage advanced wireless environment.
• Manage advanced backup and replication solutions and storage devices.
• Provide advanced VoIP support.

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:

• Create clear and concise presentations for all levels of leadership.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• At least 5 years of relevant L3 technical support or systems engineering experience
• L3 support specialist experience providing advanced troubleshooting and escalation support in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server, including administration, support, and operations.
• Experience managing enterprise environments, including server builds, Exchange Online mail flow troubleshooting, Microsoft Intune device policy development, and Citrix VDA provisioning issues.
• Oversee timelines, deployments, and vendor coordination for small to medium projects.
• Communicate cost impacts and budget considerations to customers as needed.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform/Fabric) and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience supporting server, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Citrix environments.
• Strong understanding of advanced technical triage and root cause analysis.
• Advanced TCP/IP networking knowledge.
• ITIL-based ticketing experience, including documentation, workflow, and process adherence.
• Manage service requests with urgency, professionalism, and proper prioritization.
• Use RMM tools, ticketing systems, and documentation effectively to manage workload.
• Provide high-quality technical support to customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Advanced networking knowledge (switching, routing, wireless, firewall).
• Advanced VoIP experience, including Microsoft Teams Voice and contact center technologies.
