Finance Analyst (Paranaque City)

The Finance Analyst collaborates closely with operational departments to monitor budgets, track performance, and generate actionable insights. The role also provides support to the Group Finance Director in consolidating financial reports across managed properties and reviewing payables and receivables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
• Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Consolidate financial data from multiple properties for group reporting
• Review accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Support audits and compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality or the service industry
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems/software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with non-finance stakeholders
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hotel financial reporting standards is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned in Parañaque and/or Taguig City
