Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day order processing from Webstore, Viber, SMS and social commerce pages/platforms.
- Coordination of orders with the customers and direct it to the nearest SO for product availabilities and to confirms payment remittance to specified SO account.
- Handles order booking through third party courier or SO delivery and keep track and confirms successful order fulfillment is confirmed or deliver.
- Handles all customer complaints from all platforms (Official Facebook Page, Email, Viber, Text and Hotline)
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Marketing Management or any related course.
- With at least one (1) year work-related experience.
- Must be proficient in social commerce pages.platforms
- Willing to work in Makati City
