The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing communications, organizing files, preparing documents, and assisting team members with daily tasks to keep the organization running smoothly.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year of administrative experience is a plus.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks at once.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic POS or accounting software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible, trustworthy, and able to work under pressure.
