Position Title: HR Associate- Location: Hybrid (Remote with occasional on-site work in Quezon City, PH)

The HR Associate is responsible for managing the day-to-day human resources operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, leave and attendance tracking, and compliance coordination. This role supports the development of HR processes and policies, with the potential to grow into a leadership role as systems are standardized.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Post job ads, screen applications, and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Prepare job offers, contracts, and new hire documents
- Conduct onboarding sessions and prepare 201 files
- Ensure submission of pre-employment requirements
- Monitor probationary periods and contract renewals
- Timekeeping & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance (via tracker or form responses)
- Validate and follow up on irregular logs or absences
- Receive, verify, and file leave applications
- Maintain and update leave balance tracker
- Coordinate with Payroll Associate for verified leaves and tardiness
- Employee Records & Document Requests
- Maintain digital 201 files and ensure completeness
- Process document requests (COEs, employment verifications, etc.)
- Draft internal memos and holiday/announcement notices
- Assist in keeping employee records up to date in GDrive folders
- Employee Relations Support
- Address basic HR-related concerns and queries
- Document minor disciplinary actions (e.g. NTE, warnings)
- Coordinate with department heads for incident investigations
- Support resolution of workplace issues under HR Consultant guidance
- Compliance & Coordination
- Assist in organizing documents for DOLE inspections or audits
- Track employee lifecycle updates (hires, terminations, resignations)
- Coordinate with field staff as needed for documentation or updates
- Update the organizational chart and internal manpower list when required
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in psychology, HR Management, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in general HR work (admin + recruitment)
- Familiarity with basic local labor law and statutory benefits
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Drive, and online forms
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience coordinating with field-based staff
- Familiarity with HMO and government compliance
- Strong organization and documentation habits
- Potential or interest in growing into a leadership role
