Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and proactive E-commerce & Brand Marketing Specialist to manage our Shopify store, oversee digital marketing efforts, handle social media accounts, and support brand activation and PR events. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of e-commerce management, digital marketing, branding, and event support skills to drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and engage our audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Shopify online store, including product listings, theme customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Develop, plan, and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts, creating engaging content aligned with brand voice.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support brand activations, promotional campaigns, and PR events.
  • Assist in planning and executing brand activation events and publicity initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze store and campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Manage store setup elements such as payment gateways, shipping, and taxes.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI/ ROAS
  • Stay updated with Shopify platform advancements, e-commerce trends, and digital marketing innovations.
  • Support PR initiatives by liaising with media, preparing press materials, and coordinating logistics for events.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing Shopify stores and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong social media management skills across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO best practices.
  • Excellent communication, creative, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coordinate events and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
