HR GENERALIST TEAM LEAD

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Workforce Management
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery
  • Manage end-to-end manpower deployment, including sourcing, onboarding, scheduling, and client coordination
  • Monitor KPIs, staff performance, and service quality standards
  • Manage manpower allocation, operational planning, and forecasting
HR Management & Employee Relations
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and engagement initiatives
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of deployed personnel and internal staff
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Payroll & Compliance
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and service partners
  • Ensure client satisfaction through consistent service quality and responsiveness
  • Implement initiatives to enhance overall service delivery and client experience
Performance & Process Improvement
  • Develop and improve HR and operational systems, processes, and best practices
  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manpower and HR functions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in General HR, preferably in a manpower or staffing agency
  • Proven leadership experience in operations, workforce management, or similar roles
  • Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and payroll
  • Familiarity with manpower deployment and client servicing
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of organization, integrity, and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is an advantage
