Training specialist

Job Description

• Responsible for managing all aspects of the Training and Nesting phases, ensuring that new team members are thoroughly prepared before transitioning to live operations.
• Develops and delivers refresher training sessions tailored to address recurring challenges, frequent errors, and the latest project updates to continuously improve performance.
• Ensures that all agents receive timely updates and training related to daily errors, promoting continuous learning and accuracy across the team.
• Compiles and distributes daily training performance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Provides active floor support by responding to questions from associates, offering real-time guidance and clarification as needed.

• At least 1-2 years relevant or management working experience
• Responsible for team performance coaching, building, and controlling staff turnover.
• Must be willing to work in our office located at Imus, Cavite
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
• High School Graduate or Bachelor’s degree
• High sensitivity to reporting and planning for unexpected situations.
• Communicate effectively with management.
