About the role
IG Evolution Corporation is seeking a talented Tiktok Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving growth and success through innovative TikTok affiliate marketing strategies.Based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in expanding our brand's reach and engagement on this rapidly-growing social media platform.
What you'll be doing- Develop and implement effective TikTok affiliate marketing campaigns to promote our products and services
- Identify and recruit influential TikTok creators and influencers to promote our brand
- Negotiate and manage affiliate partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimise results
- Analyse data and provide insights to inform future marketing decisions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on TikTok affiliate marketing
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimising TikTok affiliate campaigns
- Excellent understanding of TikTok's platform, algorithms, and creator ecosystem
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness
- Highly creative and adaptable, with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to manage affiliate partnerships
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
