About the Role
Stark BPO Services is seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our valued clients. The position is based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, and offers a competitive salary of up to 29K.
What You'll Be Doing- Answering incoming customer inquiries and resolving their concerns efficiently and effectively
- Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on products, services, and policies
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor for further assistance
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring timely follow-up
- Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle customer inquiries
- Proficient in using computer systems and relevant software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Prior experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but not required
