SaaS Systems & Integrations Specialist (GoHighLevel + API) | Remote | Long-Term

We’re hiring a proactive, detail-oriented SaaS Systems & Integrations Specialist to support our growing startup. You'll play a key role in building smart automations, optimizing client workflows, and managing technical integrations across our SaaS platform.

This is a remote, full-time position focused on workflow systems and integration logic—not IT support or full-stack dev work. You’ll use tools like GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make, OpenAI APIs, and Monday.com to create scalable, efficient solutions across our operations.

This role is ideal for:

• A systems thinker who loves automation and making tools talk to each other
• Someone who’s worked in tech-enabled ops, GHL, RevOps, or no-code automation roles
• A technically capable project manager or implementation specialist ready to go deeper into APIs and SaaS tooling
• A remote pro with experience supporting SaaS teams, startups, or agencies
• Key Responsibilities:
• Build and optimize client workflows in GoHighLevel
• Create and manage integrations with OpenAI, Google Sheets, Twilio, Mailgun, etc.
• Use Zapier, Make, or webhooks to automate tasks across tools and teams
• Train and refine AI chatbot responses using structured content and prompts
• Maintain project and task systems in Monday.com
• Record and send Loom tutorials to clients
• Support light admin (scheduling, communication, invoicing)
• Collaborate on internal product enhancements and feature expansion
• You’re a great fit if you:
• Have experience using GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make, or similar tools
• Can understand and work with API docs, endpoints, and test calls
• Enjoy solving problems, automating tasks, and improving systems
• Are a clear communicator in written and spoken English
• Are committed to one long-term remote role, not freelancing across many
• Bonus: Comfortable with basic code (JSON, JavaScript, Python) or working with devs
• This is NOT:
• A full-stack developer position
• A sysadmin or IT helpdesk job
• A short-term freelance gig
• Compensation:
• ₱60,000–₱90,000 PHP/month (~$7–$10 USD/hour)
• Annual: ₱720,000–₱1,080,000 PHP (~$13,000–$19,500 USD)
• Bonuses for performance, improvements, and reliability
• Clear pathway to a salaried leadership role over time

⏰ Schedule:

• Full-time (160 hrs/month)
• Remote, with availability for partial overlap with US time zones (PST or EST)
