Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in procurement activities, ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services to support our operations.
Qualifications- Preferably 1-4 years experienced employess specializing in purchasing/inventory/material & warehouse management or equivalent.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers
- Experience in purchasing or a related field is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Responsible for executing the procurement process for assigned materials, CAPEX/OPEX and services
- Experience in Procurement is an advantage
- Support the purchasing team in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations
- Assist in negotiating prices and contracts with vendors
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of goods
