Your Role:
- Review all brands that start the sign up process & their profile
- Welcome Phone Intro to all new clients, any Q’s if they want support with, handle any objections, clarify value proposition
- Understand client's needs and manage expectations.
- Qualify which plan would be most appropriate for the brand/cost effective
- Educate the client on what the product is, what it isn’t. (ie. if shopify, stay on shopify).
- Set expectations as to best practice & what the brand will need to do to maximise Tracking, Content, Promotion & Commission.
- Salesforce Admin - keep records up to date
- Keep notes to inform onboarding team once brand submits payment details
- If the brand isn’t ready to pay, add to groove flow for communication sequence. Follow up at agreed time frames to sign up the brand/close opp.
- Feedback to our internal business on common insights/objections. Ie. why do clients sign up, why do they install, why do they uninstall etc.
- 3+ Years with a previous client-facing
- Good Communication & Writing skills (email competency)
- Good English language is a requirement
- Confident on the phone able to handle objections from business customers
- Exceptional organizational skills - ability to juggle multiple tasks
