Mechanical Foreman (Elevator/Escalator)

Supervise and lead a team of technicians and subcontractors at installation or maintenance sites.
- Ensure proper execution of elevator/escalator installation according to project plans and safety standards.
- Monitor site progress, report any issues to the Project Manager or Engineer, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate daily work schedules, labor distribution, and material usage.
- Enforce adherence to safety policies, company standards, and local building codes.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure proper installation and compliance with specifications.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments as needed.
- With a Bachelor's Degree
- Must have an experienced as mechanical foreman for at least 5 years.
