Junior Production Supervisor

• Oversee and support daily operations on printing and coating production lines
• Assist in machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting
• Conduct quality checks and enforce production standards
• Monitor output, material usage, and production records
• Coordinate with production staff to meet schedules and targets
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and discipline on the production floor

Responsibilities expand progressively into full team supervision and production planning as you grow in the role.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in printing, manufacturing, or production
• Prior exposure to team coordination, line leading, or junior supervisory work is a strong advantage
• Vocational graduate, college-level, or equivalent — relevant experience counts
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to hold a team accountable
• Clear communicator with the discipline to lead by example
• Genuinely interested in building a long-term manufacturing career
