Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Real Estate Background

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) with exceptional communication skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, customer-focused, highly organized, and experienced in managing follow-up systems to ensure leads and clients are consistently engaged.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and text.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through professional and timely follow-ups.
  • Manage and maintain follow-up systems to ensure no lead or client is overlooked.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with customers as needed.
  • Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent customer service.
  • Meet performance and response-time expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proven experience using a structured follow-up system for leads, prospects, or customers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional work setup.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Real Estate experience is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with lead nurturing, appointment setting, and client follow-up campaigns.
  • Familiarity with real estate CRMs and sales pipelines.
