• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to enter, update, and manage data across various systems with high accuracy
• Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently
• Delivers work with a strong focus on accuracy, completeness, and quality
• Previous experience in digital advertising or ad operations (internships count)
• Previous experience with programmatic platforms (DSPs/SSPs)
• Comfortable working with data in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Airtable is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with ad servers and platforms such as Google Ad Manager, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, or similar is preferred
• Familiarity with project management tools (we are primarily using Jira) is preferred

• Assist in configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and delivery to ensure KPIs are met, flagging and resolving any discrepancies or issues
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (data team, operations, sales teams) to ensure campaign alignment and timely execution
• Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights based on analytics and platform data
• Maintain documentation and process workflows to improve team efficiency and knowledge sharing
