We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in our Metro Manila projects. The ideal candidate must have 1-10 years of experience in sales, with a strong ability to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and build lasting client & team relationships.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze sales data to inform decision-making and improve sales performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-10 years of experience in sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation, communication and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
