Position: "HEAD OF FINANCE - Philippines"

Finance Operations: Direct finance operation activities following global & regional policy and processes. Including:

• Finance PTP operation including supplier onboarding and updating/ PO & dossier processing/ invoice processing/ payment processing/ PTP reporting.
• Finance OTC operation including customer master data management, billing, credit risk management, collection, disputes & bad debts, legal coordination, and OTC management financial reporting (DSO, %OD).
• Finance RTR operation including performing controls and balance sheet reconciliations to all to ensure quality of reports.

• Direct accounting activities across all products to reflect the real economic situation of the entities in financial statements in timely manner using Group financial systems (JDE, SUN, OS).
• Engage and manage external audit and issuance of audited financial statement.
• Serve as an authorized signatory for key financial and commercial documents.

• Partnering with business operation heads across products within the country by providing insightful information to support for financial & business decision.
• Aligning with regional/ global partnering to provide information to wider assigned stakeholders.
• Reviewing and partnering with business operation for Investments, Customer contracts andProcurement of good and services (ICAP)
• Lead the budgeting process for all products at country division level. Partnering with business operation to deliver and control the approved budget.

• Develop and implement financing strategies aligned with business needs, ensuring efficient capital allocation.
• Optimize treasury operations by managing cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk exposure.
• Ensuring cash and treasury reporting in CASH ANALYTICS.

• Ensure strict adherence to tax regulations using internal and external tax expert resources.
• Act as a key liaison with regulatory authorities/ tax consultant.
• Manage tax audit and tax reporting following RHO/ GHO requirements.

• Analyze entity costs and financial performance to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead cost optimization initiatives, ensuring financial sustainability and operational efficiency.
• Oversee investment evaluations, providing profitability and ROI analysis to Regional ASPAC Finance.
• Operational & Procurement Oversight
• Supervise purchase controllers responsible for vendor screening, accreditation, and tendering processes.
• Ensure adherence to internal control procedures to mitigate financial risks and fraud.

• Monitoring and maintaining the control framework in place across all support and operational processes to mitigate financial risks and fraud.
• Coordinate with Group IC department in identifying control deficiencies to reduce risk of fraudulent activities.
• Implementing findings/ recommendations from RHO/ GHO IC team.

• JDE, ONE STREAM, SUN, HELIOS, ICAP Process, FFW and supply chain technical business knowledge.
• Master’s degree in accounting or finance
• Working experience in related or comparable position
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Knowledge of laws, legal, and government regulations
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop appropriate solutions
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, senior management, clients, customers, and the general public.
