Human Resources Director - Labor Relations & Manufacturing (Onsite / Mon to Sat) - Pasig

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Human Resources Director to lead all HR functions for a growing manufacturing organization with multiple operational sites and a unionized workforce. This individual will be part of the senior management team and will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with organizational objectives, support workforce development, and ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) provisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies covering *talent acquisition**, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and HR systems.- Ensure HR initiatives support the organization’s operational goals and workforce needs.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning and onboarding.
Implement performance management systems and learning programs to support *employee development** and succession planning.
Employee & Labor Relations
Build strong employee relations and lead all aspects of *union management**, including CBA negotiation, interpretation, and grievance handling.- Ensure HR policies are applied consistently and fairly across the workforce.
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Oversee *HRIS platforms** to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
Legal Compliance & Policy Development
Ensure adherence to *Philippine labor laws**, regulatory requirements, and CBA terms.- Develop, review, and maintain company HR policies and procedures.
Organizational Development & Engagement
Support *organizational change initiatives** and foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
HR Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and build the capability of the HR team, particularly in *union relations** and policy administration.
Critical Experience & Qualifications:
At least *10 years of HR experience**, with a minimum of 5 years in an HR leadership role.
Solid experience in *labor relations**, particularly in unionized environments, including CBA negotiation and administration.- Proven ability to align HR strategy with business goals and drive results.
Strong background in *recruitment**, performance management, compensation and benefits, and policy development.
In-depth knowledge of *Philippine labor laws** and regulatory compliance.
Prior experience in *manufacturing or similar industrial sectors** is required.
Experience managing HR across *multiple sites** is highly desirable.
