Recruitment Manager - Talent Mapping/Intelligence

The role is the direct operational leader responsible for managing the sourcing team, designing effective sourcing plans, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and executing sourcing strategy to meet the dynamic needs of the company.

Team Management and Operations
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Sourcing Leads and Specialists to meet the company's hiring needs.
  • Provide advanced training on different searches, personalized outreach, and engagement techniques.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, set clear performance objectives, and manage workload distribution.
  • Establish best-in-class, consistent sourcing processes and metrics across the entire organization, ensuring efficiency and quality
Strategy Development and Optimization
  • Create, implement, and optimize sourcing strategies tailored to the industry, focusing on high-volume recruitment for roles such as customer service representatives, technical support agents, and back-office staff.
  • Driving talent attraction strategies and managing the full portfolio across diverse clients while providing expertise on external recruiting trends and practices.
  • Building and enhancing the Talent Attraction function, including tools, technologies, and external partnerships to support scalable hiring during periods of high growth.
  • Identify and evaluate new sourcing channels, tools, and platforms. Conduct pilot programs for new technologies to enhance the team's efficiency and reach.
  • Collaboration with External and Digital Marketing and Branding for robust visibility of sourcing strategies
  • Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Process Improvement & Analytics
  • KPI tracking and monitoring the sourcing team's performance against key metrics, including Pipeline Generation Volume, Candidate Quality. Conversion Rates, Time-to-Source
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sourcing activities, pipeline health, and team performance to the Director of Sourcing and Talent Acquisition leadership.
  • Analyze sourcing data to identify bottlenecks and implement training or process improvements to boost team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leading process improvements to optimize team structure and workflows, ensuring maximum value delivery to hiring managers and candidates.
Operational Partnerships & Sourcing Intelligence
  • Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence exercises to inform hiring strategies and succession planning.
  • Build competitive insight reports on talent availability, compensation trends, and organizational structures within key markets.
  • Provide market insights, talent analytics, and hiring forecasts to support business decisions.
  • Manage vendor relationships, sourcing marketing budgets, and job ad utilization.
  • Identify, establish, and manage relationships with strategic partners such as local recruitment agencies, training institutions, government bodies, and industry associations.
  • Collaborate with partners to access specialized talent pools, co-host recruitment events, and stay informed on market trends.

Education and Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Recruitment Sourcing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing Recruitment Sourcing/Marketing
  • Strong understanding of Talent Market of BPO Industry
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite, with the ability to leverage data and technology to drive recruitment sourcing efficiency
