Promote and sell company products to groceries, wholesalers, institutions, supermarkets, and other assigned accounts.
Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and display in handled accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key account contacts.
Gather and report relevant market information such as competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
Facilitate and monitor collection of payments from accounts handled.
Coordinate and assist in product delivery to customers, as needed.
Compensation Structure
The Sales Agent shall receive commission based on actual sales generated and collected from assigned accounts.
Commission rate: % per paid invoice / collected sales.
Commission will be released after full payment is received from the customer.
The agent will not receive a fixed salary or regular employee benefits, as the engagement is commission-based.
The agent will manage their own schedule while ensuring sales targets and account coverage are met.
