Software Developer (OutSystems)

What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using OutSystems (Web, Progressive, or Mobile)
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, QA, DevOps) to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain and enhance existing systems for performance, scalability, and security
- Integrate third-party APIs and services
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Developer
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with OutSystems (Web, Progressive, or Mobile development)
- At least 2 years of experience in other technologies, such as:
- .NET / Java / Node.js
- JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
- SQL and database design
- RESTful API development
- Certified OutSystems Associate Web Developer (or higher) — non-negotiable
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control
- Fluent in English and Filipino (written and spoken)
