Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 2:00PM to 10:00PM

What You Will Do:

• Primary Care & Emergency Response: Administer immediate nursing care and first aid to employees in cases of illness or injury.
• Health Program Management: Lead wellness initiatives, including annual physical exams (APE), vaccination drives, and health seminars to keep our workforce thriving.
• Benefits Administration: Facilitate and process health-related benefits such as HMO enrollments, Sickness Notifications (SSS), and EC claims.
• Medical Records Management: Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date health records for all personnel.
• Clinic Inventory: Oversee the procurement and management of medicines and medical supplies, ensuring the clinic is always "mission-ready."
• Compliance: Ensure the company remains compliant with DOLE and OSH standards regarding workplace health and safety.

What We Are Looking For:

• A Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
• BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) certification is a significant advantage.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a corporate or clinical setting (Fresh graduates with strong clinical backgrounds are welcome to apply!).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills—you are the person employees turn to in times of need.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle administrative tasks with precision.
